If you are eligible for a refund based on our Return and Cancellation rules, the following timelines apply:
We will initiate the refund verification within 2 working days of receiving the returned product. Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
